🎉 Here’s to the long weekend! 🎉

Due to the King’s Birthday Public Holiday on Monday 8th June, we’ll be running just one class for the day; our 9:30am class

All other classes, including 7:00am Mat Pilates and our 4:00pm Kids Class, will be taking the day off as we give our two superstar, world-class, incredibly talented and ridiculously good-looking coaches a well-earned break 😜

We’ll be back to normal programming Tuesday. Until then, enjoy the long weekend!

HYROX YOUNGSTARS IS COMING TO ALLFIT! 💜

On Saturday 13th June at 12pm, we’re giving kids aged 8–15 the chance to experience what HYROX is all about with our special HYROX Youngstars session

Expect a fun, high-energy workout featuring age-appropriate HYROX-style stations, teamwork, fitness challenges, and plenty of encouragement along the way. Whether your child already loves sport or just wants to try something new, this session is designed to build confidence, have fun, and get moving!

From 3–26 June, Allfit will be taking part in The Push-Up Challenge.

Over 24 days, participants will complete 3,307 push-ups, representing the number of lives lost to su***de in Australia in 2024.

This challenge is about more than just fitness. It’s about raising awareness, starting conversations around mental health, and supporting each other as a community.

Not into push-ups? That’s completely fine. You can halve the target or substitute push-ups with any movement you like; squats, sit-ups, running, walking, whatever works for you.

We’ve created an ALLFIT team so members and friends of the gym can join together, track progress, stay accountable, and support each other throughout the challenge.

If you’d like to support the cause, you can also donate through the challenge page, but simple taking part and helping raise awareness goes a long way too. Every little bit helps.

HALF HYROX is back 👊

With Sydney HYROX kicking off from July 1st–5th, we’re running the HALF HYROX again, but doing things a little differently this time.

Instead of one big big Saturday class, we’ll be running HALF HYROX during our Tuesday class times, giving you 4 opportunities across the day to come in and give it a crack.

Class times:
• 6:00am
• 9:30am
• 4:15pm
• 5:30pm

This is open to absolutely anyone who wants to see what HYROX is like… just with half the work 😅

Members, casual passes, open gym crew, first timers, everyone’s welcome.
