Congratulations to our Year 7 boys and Year 8-9 girls teams, both getting through to their respective Grand Finals this week!

- Year 7 Boys v Scarborough - Sat 21 March 8am
- Year 8-9 Girls v North Beach - Sat 21 March 8.30am

Both games will be played at Charles Riley Reserve/ Why not come down and support our teams in their finals!

🏖️🏏 Beach Cricket Fun! 🏏🏖️

What a ripper weekend of beach cricket ! The kids had an absolute blast — sandy feet, big smiles, and plenty of laughs all round 😄🙌

A huge thank you to our amazing committee members for organising such a fun, relaxed day. These events don’t happen without your time and effort, and we really appreciate it 👏

Socials recap! In late Dec '25 the Stage 1🏏 + Master 💥 C&M support session was held by Paolo & our very own Jono Bourdillon. It was a good turn-out for the 1st week of the holidays, enjoyed some 🤩 all-round cricket tips for all to work on over the holidays. Much fun was had by all & most players🚶‍♂️ 🚶‍♀️away with new tips ± a newly gripped, vintage ACB / Milo🏏 bat for backyard family & 🏖.

Well that was such a good performance today from all of the Year 6/7 Girls today! It’s amazing to see them loving the game and improving each week. Great work from our parent group on supporting the girls, behind every good little cricketer is a great set of parents! 💛💙🙌🙏👏🏻

!Lots to be Proud of today!

•We smashed our highest runs off the bat total today, all girls in double figures and some PB’s in there too- Team getting 96!🏏
•We only lost 1 wicket, this was outstanding against some strong Whitfords bowling! 🏏
•This was our best ever game for extras (only 36 ) for bowling! 100% better than our previous best… !🏏
•All 6 bowlers went for no more than 6 runs per over on economy
•Finally….. we won the annual Birak cup 🏆 played between the 2 clubs 6/7 Girls Teams. Well done to both sets of players for a great game played in great spirit! 💙💛

WA Cricket is launching a brand-new Smash Series hub right here at Macdonald Park, Padbury!

Smash Series helps bridge the gap between cricket blast and junior cricket and is set up in a way to be easy, fun and simple to get into for those who have never picked up a cricket bat and a great format to play for those who already love playing cricket.

👦👧 Ages: 8–15
📍 Location: Macdonald Park, Padbury
🗓 Starts: Wednesday, 26th November (confirm upon registration)
⏰ Time: 5pm – 6pm
📅 Duration: 4-week program
🏏 Run entirely by WA Cricket: coaches, equipment, giveaways, plus the chance to meet contracted state players!

This is an awesome opportunity for new, lapsed, and current cricketers to get involved and experience the fun new Smash Series format.

The 6/7 (67, 67….😎) Girls continue to grow their game! We are so proud of them all, working hard and having lots of fun too! They have gone from 50 runs off the bat in the first game, to 65 the second game, 70 the third game and now today 76! With all the girls posting a double figure innings! Congratulations to Kyah and Sienna who hit their first ever 4’s today too! 👏🏻

The girls have also took 11 wickets today, improving from 2 in the first game, 4 the second and 6 the third.
Well done Girls! Keep up the enthusiasm and hard work!
