Coast Yoga Collective was born from the pillars of West Coast Yoga, in the coast side suburb of Sorrento Perth Western Australia. After stepping away from the studio for a short while, we realised the needs of the local community with regards to having a sanctuary in which to practice the wisdom tradition that is Yoga. Energy is everything and having a studio allows all that come to the space to f

eel held and supported by the positive energy that is embedded in the studio walls. At Coast Yoga Collective we invite all students no matter age, ability, size, or walk of life to join us in the goodness of Yoga. Coast Yoga Collective offers a very experienced and caring team of teachers, who will lead every student deep into their practice, in a supportive and nurturing way. Each student requires something different from their Yoga practice and at Coast Yoga Collective you will be able to find the style of class and teacher that resonates with you best.

When beautiful people come together, amazing experiences are made.

I can’t fully express the amount of gratitude I have for these people who trusted in me enough to come along to Nusa Penida.

Organising retreats takes a financial, emotional and physical toll. You send your retreat into the universe and who knows it may work, or it may crash and burn. You have to have complete faith that this baby you birthed will grow wings and fly. Each retreat is a learning experience, each retreat leads to refinement of the next one.

I am forever the student. And forever grateful for people and the gifts yoga has bought to my life.

I will give myself a bit of time to ground back into everyday life, immerse myself in the memories of Nusa Penida…..and then get ready to send my next baby out there.
