Hi everyone,

We’ve been very MIA on the socials.

A lot has changed over the past 18 months, and I (Taylah Murfet) have not been able to give the gym the love it deserves.

I’m at a stage in my career and life, where I need to slow down and take a break. As such, I’ve made the incredibly hard decision to part ways with the gym.

I’m open to selling all assets & IP to someone who would like to rebrand the existing gym and utilise everything that is DSP, or I’m open to selling all assets separately.

I’m happy to mentor someone in the business space, too.

At this stage everything will remain as is for members, and I’ll be in touch if anything changes.

We’ve been a bit MIA since Christmas, and for good reason.

Firstly, we took a well needed 2 week break over Christmas & new years to revitalise ourselves ready for a big year at DSP. Including a quick trip to Bali!

Next, was away for the Blind Cricket National Championships - where Tas/ACT secured their first win since entering the competition 3 years ago!

Then, Taylah went to Luke Combs in Sydney because why not!! And watched some Jackie’s games!

And last and arguably most excitingly, has joined the Tasmania Football Club! Taking on an administration role for 2025, growing into a more health based role in the future as the club expands…

All whilst still juggling full time uni to complete her masters of physio (last semester coming up!!).

So, we’ve been busy in Jan, but what does all this mean for DSP moving forward?

will be taking all 1:1 and NDIS coaching sessions, with and Jacob taking on the programming and delivery of the performance and wellbeing groups.
Taylah will be taking on a more directors based role, providing upskill and development for Jacob and Lydia to operate the day to day running of the gym, whilst still managing the administration side of things.

And for our members, not much changes. Our coaching blocks will have some modifications to the timing, otherwise everything stays the same.

We’re looking forward to another great year at DSP, and thank everyone for their ongoing support 💙
