We are a proudly independent, family owned and operated swim school. We aim to foster a life-long love of swimming & water activities.

We specialise in small class sizes with a personal approach to learning in our private facility. Somerville Swim School is a family owned and operated business, run by husband and wife team Caz and Evan Russell. Opening in Feburary 2016 originally as part of a franchise (Jump Somerville), we became an independent entity in December 2019. With over 30 years combined industry experience, Caz and Eva

n, with their two sons, are proud to be realising a long held dream of owning their own swim school. Our safe and nurturing learn-to-swim experience gives our students the skills and confidence to enjoy water activities safely. With an innovative curriculum and high quality teaching, we aim to provide the very best service for babies, children & adults. Our personal rapport with every student gives us the platform to deliver the best learn-to-swim experience possible. Somerville Swim School is a boutique learn to swim facility with a maximum of only two classes at any one time. With a real community feel, we can discuss your child’s progress every class, know every child’s name and greet them with a high 5 and a smile! We believe learn to swim schools should be small, intimate and private so that every child feels safe and at home as we join them on their swimming journey.
