Since committing to tracking his nutrition and training consistently, David has lost 10.4kg and completely changed his routine… But the biggest thing we notice with David isn’t just the weight loss.

Huge weekend at the Natural Strongman Victoria Push Pull Championships 💪
World records fell, PBs were hit and our Wolfe Pack showed up 🔥
Highlights from the day:
🏋️‍♀️Smits broke the u80 log world record with 127.2kg (prev 120kg)
🏋️‍♀️Luke Kieger pushed the u90 log record to 150.3kg (prev 137.5kg)
🏋️‍♀️Jet Liberson pulled 290kg in u80 deadlift (prev 280kg)
WS members on the floor:
💪Fran – 50kg log / 140kg deadlift
💪Jess – 50kg log / 150kg deadlift
💪Dan W – 84.5kg log / 220kg deadlift

Massive shoutout to Bailey and Smitty for running an unreal comp and creating something our members are genuinely excited to train for!

Proud of everyone who competed.

BENCH PRESS SET UP ✅
We all have our own little setup but when it comes to bench press, there are standards.
And no… bench isn’t just lie down and push.

Quick setup check 👇

☑️ Eyes under the bar
☑️ Feet planted with leg drive on
☑️ Upper back tight, shoulders pinned
☑️ Brace before every rep
☑️ Control the descent
☑️ Touch the same spot every time (full depth… don’t skip the gains)
☑️ Drive the bar slightly back toward the rack
☑️ Pause at the top to reset
☑️ Spotter acquired for lift out and safety
☑️ Spotter paying attention and staying close

Strong bench = full body tension.
Sloppy setup = wasted reps.
