A massive goal of mine as a basketball player and strength coach has been to make an accessible, affordable, and universal program for basketball athletes. A lot of clubs provide access to gyms without proper guidance, leaving athletes on their own with a lot to consider. I believe that I’ve managed to create a program covering the physical fundamentals of a basketball athlete, ensuring your body is better prepared for the high physical demands of the game.
With the assistance of TrainHeroic, this 12 week program begins simple, and progressively increases difficulty as you make your way through. This app provides video demonstrations along with variations to suit you!
