I’m not going to lie today was one of the hardest days I have ever faced, I knew closing my box/gym which I worked so hard to build wasn’t going to be easy. In the past 13 years of coaching CrossFit, Kids CrossFit (3-12yrs), CrossFit Birthday Parties, Rugby League, AFL, Soccer and Cricket Teams even some Cooperate days. I had more than 400+ members come in at some stage during that time. Got to know so many fabulous Freaks, had some really hard times and due to my stubborn nature kept fighting to keep it going right until the end. I have had so many current and old members reach out with such lovely words of how special this box has been to them, I truly thank you❤️. To everyone I coached along the way I thank you for your support❤️. To all the coaches and staff I had over the years Thank you ❤️. To everyone that came today THANK YOU! My tears were mixed with sweat and I couldn’t have imagined a better way of finishing this Chapter of my life but to have a final throw down with you. thank you for flying down from Queensland thank you for everything you have done forever, you are my rock, you are my everything and this wouldn’t have been what it was without you. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

To all our CrossFit Freaks (Freaks Fitness) and Vitality members,
It brings us great sadness that after 13 years we have decided to close our doors.
This decision has not been an easy one to make but regrettably, on our minds for a few years now. Unfortunately facing the ample amounts of COVID lockdowns and now the cost of living (in our case complex rent) rising we are no longer able to afford to continue to operate.
We have put our heart and soul into this business and made big changes along the way. The most rewarding part has been, the opportunity to have met a lot of people which we feel proud to say we helped or made a change in their lifestyle. And many who have become lifelong friends in which we even consider part of our family. For that, we are grateful.
Our final day for operation will be Saturday 12th of August at Noon.
In the meantime, we hope you continue to train with us, make use of the facility and your membership, book in for the final CrossFit classes and PT. We will be spending the final weeks of business, contacting all members and finalising anything we may need to, in relation to memberships (Upfront memberships will have remaining time refunded).
We will also be selling all equipment, resources, flooring etc in the complex. Please reach out if you are interested in anything so we can reserve it for you and organise payment and pick up date.
Again, we thank all our past and present members and can’t thank you enough for the support you have provided us over the years. We know this may have caused some inconvenience for some, however as mentioned this isn’t a decision we have made lightly.
You have our numbers, and we are only a call away if you need any advice or support when it comes to your health and fitness. If you would like recommendations to where to go to find a gym/box please reach out we are happy to help make your transition as easy as possible.
We hope to see as much as we can of you over the next few weeks.
We wish you all the best in fitness and life.

A new record was set yesterday for our charity.

The most care packs we have ever managed to pack in one day is 1,000 previously held by our friends at

Well, thanks to the support of local businesses, council, families and friends we have set a new record of 1,800 Supertees heading their way to a hospital before the holidays.

Big thank you to , , , donors, and everyone else that helped raise funds in time for Xmas. You can still donate and we will pack them and send them out whilst we still can!
