Welcome to Bujutsu Martial Arts and Fitness Centre, the biggest and most modern martial arts centre in Australia. Bujutsu Martial Arts and Fitness Centre offers a wide range of training in the arts of Karate Jitsu, Muay Thai, BJJ, MMA, Judo, Arnis, Iaido, Jodo and Kobudo (Okinawan Weapons). We also offer Karate for Todders (2 years and above), Kids Karate and Kids Muay Thai (3 years and above), as

well as BJJ for Kids (7 years and above). Fitness classes include: Boot Camp, Boxing for Fitness, Tabata and Cage Fitness. Bujutsu Martial Arts and Fitness Centre was founded by Sensei Mark Szalajko. After many years of training in martial arts under numerous instructors, Sensei Mark decided that it was time to open his own school. The school is the largest full time professional martial arts centre in Australia. We have three dedicated training floors as well as an olympic size boxing ring and octagon cage.

Pepper Spray - also known as Oleoresin Capsicum (OC) spray by those in law enforcement— in NSW OC spray is classified as a prohibited weapon under the Weapons Prohibition Act 1998. Carrying it for self-defence is a serious criminal offence that carries severe penalties, including up to 14 years in prison.

As a police officer I deployed OC on numerous occasions and always found it to be extremely effective in shutting down violent and aggressive people. I have also been sprayed a couple of times myself.

Western Australia and now the Northern Territory have legalised OC spray for self defence purposes.

I am hopeful that one day NSW will also allow it's citizens to carry OC spray for self defence purposes.
