How long have you been working at CFNOP? I’m the Client Success Manager here at CFNOP. I’ve been a member here for 7+ years and I joined the team in 2022. My role involves developing connections and building relationships with our members, both new and old.
How long have you been doing CrossFit and what got you into it?
I did my first CrossFit class almost 16 years ago. After having my second baby in 2009, postnatal depression crept in. Part of my treatment plan was finding something to do for myself. I started CrossFit, and even now, it continues to save my sanity.
What’s your favourite thing about working at CFNOP? Watching newbies become part of our community, and seeing them tick off their goals and milestones.
What’s one thing you love helping members with?
I get satisfaction from helping members identify and build strategies, which in turn helps them achieve their goals here.
Favourite workout or movement?
Dianne - 21, 15, 9 Deadlifts and HSPU’s, and as a short legged gal I love when pistol squats and lunges get programmed.
Least favourite workout or movement? That’s easy: snatches 🤬
What would members be surprised to learn about you? I often wear kids’ shoes. I completed my degree at 34yo, with a 4-year-old and a 2-year-old in tow.
Outside the gym, what are you usually doing? - Feeding my friends and family, tending to my indoor plants, Sudoku, and Reformer Pilates, which is a new activity I’m really enjoying.
🏋️♀️ : AM or PM training? - AM, preferably nice and early.
☕️ : Coffee order? Long black, sometimes with cream.
🎶 : Go-to training song? No specific song, but I love a good 90s mix.
🍔 : Favourite cheat meal? I’m a sucker for a cheese platter and a glass of vino.
