This Sunday, we're delighted to welcome Green Man Gongs to The Combat Academy for an incredible 2-hour Gong Bath experience.

If you've never experienced a Gong Bath before, you're in for something special. Using the powerful vibrations of traditional gongs and sound instruments, it's an opportunity to switch off, relax and leave feeling completely refreshed.

We've had the pleasure of getting to know Jason, and it's immediately obvious why so many people speak so highly of his sessions. His passion, knowledge and professionalism shine through, and he genuinely is regarded as one of the very best at what he does.

Another great evening of education with the JLA & ITP group.

Love seeing these guy's engaged and passionate about their coaching journey! Tonight we delved deeper in the roles of instructors and class helpers, identifying difficulties that we face and how to deal with them efficiently, effectively and emotionally.

We’ve got a brilliant night of entertainment planned for this year’s TCA Summer Ball — a chance to get everyone together, enjoy a great night and support an even bigger goal! 🥂🎉

This November, members of the TCA Fight Team will be heading to Madrid to compete at the World Championships 🌍🥊

All proceeds from the Summer Ball will go towards helping fund the team and supporting them on their journey to represent on the world stage. 🇬🇧

We have a great night of entertainment planned with the goal of raising money for the fight team to attend the world championships this November.

For catering purposes we need numbers confirmed by Saturday 25th. If you still need to pay for a ticket can money be paid this week please, if you'd like a ticket we have a few left, available on reception.
