BAI RUI ITF Tae Kwon - Do Black Belt Breaking Seminar

New Year New Personal Record.

In 2022 I brock 5 x 1 inch plastic board & I managed to break 6 plastic broads with L - Stance Knife-Hand Strike.

My future goal is to break at least 9 or 10 with the knife-hand.

& I would love to break 10 with side-piercing kick.
