Round 10 action sees the Emus hit the road to Newlyn for a big day of football and netball. With plenty on the line across the grades, itβs set to be a great contest, so make sure you rug up and get along to support the teams.
The Under 15 netballers have a crucial matchup ahead, with Skipton currently sitting 9th and Newlyn 10th on the ladder. Every game counts as both sides look to climb the standings.
The Under 17 netballers are also set for a thrilling battle, with both teams locked together on equal points. Expect a tight contest as they fight for valuable ladder position.
For the Reserve footballers, Saturday presents a must-win opportunity to stay in touch with the top eight and keep finals aspirations alive. The inclusion of Nath Olver and Chris Banwell brings valuable experience and maturity to the side as they look to get the job done.
The Senior footballers welcome Lachie Lamb back for his first senior game of the season. Congratulations and all the best, Lamby! Luke Delahey, Andrew Pitson and Ashton Lantzke also return to strengthen the side. After a tough result last round, the seniors will be determined to bounce back and return to the winnersβ list.
The A Grade netballers continue to build momentum, with Shan delivering a standout performance last week, backed up by some outstanding defensive efforts from Loz Bodman. The team will be looking to carry that form into another strong performance this weekend.
Donβt forget, ball tickets are still available for Saturday night. The ball is shaping up to be a fantastic evening and one not to be missed.
