M E E T T H E T E A M 💪

Meet coach Nix 💚

Nix first stepped into a gym when she was 15, with a group of friends from high school. She wanted to improve performance as she was playing competitive volleyball and netball at a high level, and training really helped develop her knowledge on the human body and what we are capable of.

She got mostly into weight lifting after finishing school in 2015, which drove her to complete Cert 3 & 4 in Fitness in 2020. Since then, Nix has worked as a Reformer Pilates instructor, group fitness instructor, and she was also a boxing coach for 3 years (and that's where those biceps come from! 😅💪)

When she is not at the gym, you’ll find her surfing 🏄‍♀️ boating 🚣‍♀️ camping 🏕 and even fishing 🎣!

Fun facts about Nix:

➡️ She makes the best cookies you’ll ever have, according to herself (hmm maybe we need to get her to bring some to the studio so we can confirm this information 🤔😅)

➡️ She's just learned how to back flip! 🤸😮

Nix has based her whole life around health and fitness and she loves nothing more than staying active and helping other people realise how good they can feel, and how much they deserve to put into themselves 🫶
