Brook Custom Knives Custom Cutlery made by Matt Brook Got bitten by the Knife Making bug in 2009. Have completed some training at Tharwa Forge in ACT. Love Aussie desert woods.

Currently making knives with stock removal (favorite steels to work with are CPM154, RWL34, S35VN, 440C and D2) and Forging (favorite forging steel is 1075 and 1084). Like natural and synthetic handle materials. Curly Mini Ritchie is my favorite. Have done some custom orders but prefer to make what I like. Wharncliffe Neck Knife in 1075 (not 1084 like i mentioned below!). Carbon fiber with Red and White G10 spacers and Stainless Corbys and Lanyard Tube. Will make up a nice little lanyard for this one. 57mm Edge and 154mm overall. Will end up with a Kydex sheath. Got a feeling this will stay with me. Feels great in the hand!

Chef is 1084. Lace She-oak scales and nickel silver corbys. 175mm cutting edge, 290mm overall. Finished to 600grit.
