💫 A physical leaderboard lives in the studio all winter, updated weekly, so you can see exactly where you sit.

💫 Travelling or away from the studio? We've built a Remote mode into the program. More details when you register — you can still earn your sessions and stay on the leaderboard from anywhere.

💫 One session per day counts. You can't double up two classes in one day to chase the numbers. We want you here across the week, not just Saturdays.

Yoga mornings, yogic breathwork, river paddles, nourishing meals, deep rest, and time to exhale, optional massages.
