Today I officially finished my Precision Nutrition certification 🎓
And honestly, it took me a LOT longer than I expected.
There were weeks I had one hour. Total.
Weeks where 5am or earlier was the only way it was getting done.
Weeks where life happened and study didn’t go to plan at all.
But I kept chipping away. Little by little.
My journey couldn’t look like anyone else’s.
I’m running a business.
I’m running a family.
I have an adult son with additional needs.
So I had to make it work within my capacity.
And this morning I realised that is exactly how I coach because your health and fitness journey is the same.
It won’t be perfect every week.
It will probably take longer than you wish it would.
Some weeks will feel easy, others won’t go to plan at all.
But small efforts matter, tiny steps still count, consistency over time will always win.
Most importantly, your plan has to fit your life. Not someone else’s.
I am more proud of how I got here than the certificate itself because the journey feels like the win.
Real life, real capacity, real effort…no matter how small.
That is how progress is made 🩵
