Beau has been working with me for around 6 months, in that time he has worked hard, followed the program, listened and learned technical form to make his lifts more efficient and to work for his body mechanics and composition.
Beauโs goals - like mine - are sporadic and ever changing, so we focus on complete strength, functionality and cardiovascular fitness.
Starting at a modest 118kg at around 18-20% and hitting the gym like we all do, Beau was having a good crack himself. We changed a few things up, created specific progressive overload for genetic make up and he has prospered in his efforts.
Beau is now sitting around 102kg and around 12% after hitting a low of around 98kg.
Beau has some issues with carbs in his doet, so predominately eats a clean Keto style diet he runs himself and his strength gains prove that it doesnโt hinder his ability to gain lean mass.
After successfully listening to his coach, learning techniques, Beau is now equipped to do most of his training on his own, following NEW LEVEL STRENGTH PROGRAMMING and his ROI has been huge.

100kg a side (200kg total) 22 Reps over 2 top sets.

Solid Reps at 150kg

Solid Reps at 27.5kg Dumbbells
Personally, Iโm grateful to Beau for his efforts, and proving that itโs not all about getting a coach and expecting to be better, you have to put the work in too, listen, learn and adapt.
