Wet weather ruining training plans? 🌧️

Instead of cancelling, bring your team to us.

This year we have been working with schools and local sporting teams to keep students and athletes moving year-round with structured indoor training sessions focused on strength, speed, conditioning and performance for when athletes have been rained out and can’t make training.

We have also offered local schools the ability to have their students come and learn proper technique and education around how to lift during school PE time.

Mums… trust us when we say we know consistency is hard as a parent.

We know it’s not gym every day or consecutive days.
We know it’s not hitting PBs all the time

We understand it can be showing up after a night from hell.
Training when it’s the last thing you want to do.
Completing only half a class and then having to leave because of an unsettled baby.

We get that you might need to lower the weight to get through the workout.
Having that extra rest day but you still keep coming back.
It’s all about continuing and not constantly restarting.

Our Mid Morning mums are showing up, baby in pram, kids with snacks and getting done what they can.
We as your coaches are here to hold Bub if needed, give you modifications if you are stepping back in to fitness freshly postpartum, find a community of likeminded mums just getting by like you might be.

You don’t have to do it alone, it’s not as scary as it feels.

Easy, we want you to focus on Box Fit Solo, Spin, Strength & Conditioning, Adrenaline & Step Evolve - you're not scared of a good sweat.

✨ Coming back to exercise postnatally?

Perfect, we are going to talk to you about how you trained pre baby and how your feeling now; we are going to ask that you start with slowly, lighter movement classes and direct you to Mat Pilates, Small Group PT, Strength Lower Body & FLOW Reformer Pilates.

Our Emie 🤎🫶🏼

Our shining light. Em, walked in the doors this year with a goal to stay consistent & get back into a great fitness routine in amungst her studies, travel & busy work life.

Safe to say, we are almost halfway through 2026 and she has done just that.

Emie loves a good spin playlist, a heavy weights session in the gym & a few relaxing saunas each week.

She has progressed this year in depth and bounds. I knew she was destined for great things the minute she walked through the door but I remember realise how quickly she would take off...

With some 1:1 PT session we were glute bridging 100kg in no time & have found a love/hate (mostly love) relationship with the gym floor.

Emie's confidence and ability in all our classes has sky rocketed this year, she isn't afraid to jump into an Adrenaline class or a sneaky Jumpboard reformer with no questions asked 🚀

We love you Em, thank you so gracing us with that big beautiful smile every week.
