WELCOME TO OUR FINAL CALL

There are just 2 spaces remaining for our Sisters of the Sacred - Imbolc Retreat and it’s now ONE WEEK AWAY. If you’ve been quietly watching from afar, feeling that whisper in your heart… this may be your invitation.

Imbolc is a sacred threshold. A time to emerge from the stillness of winter, tend to the flame within, and honour the woman you are becoming.

Friday July 31 - Monday August 3.
For 3 nights and 4 days, you’ll be held in the lush embrace of Ferguson Valley, surrounded by 9 soul-led, elemental women, sharing nourishing meals, sacred ceremony, deep rest, heartfelt connection, laughter, tears and transformation.

This is a homecoming.
A remembering.
A chance to exhale, be witnessed and reconnect with the wisdom that already lives within you.

As we move toward Imbolc (the sacred turning point between winter and spring) we gather to honour the quiet awakening within.

This is an invitation to step away from the noise, return to yourself, and enter a space held with intention, ritual, nourishment, and sisterhood.

Over 3 nights and 4 days, we will journey together through:

A Beautiful New Chapter Begins

Many of you have already experienced the quiet magic of Brooke’s classes over the years as she’s so generously stepped in to guide our community whenever needed. And now, we’re so delighted to share that this Monday marks the beginning of something special…

Brooke will be taking her place on the regular timetable, welcoming you into Monday 5.30pm Slow Flow each week.

She brings such a gentle presence, a deep understanding of the subtle body, and a way of guiding that invites you to slow down, soften and truly arrive in yourself. You’ll leave feeling grounded, nourished and beautifully connected.

We can’t wait for more of our community to be greeted, held and guided by Brooke in this new rhythm. We have no doubt she’ll become a treasured part of your week.

One last Monday Slow Flow before she goes…

This Monday’s 5:30pm Slow Flow is Saahli-Jewel’s last class for a little while before she swaps her yoga mat for passports, planes and a whole lot of adventure.

In true Kosha style, we’re inviting you to slip into your PJs a little early, bring your cosy vibes, and join us for a dreamy Practice that feels like a great big warm hug, hello and goodbye, all wrapped up in a warm blanket of deep remembrance! Just as they always do!

While Saahli-Jewel Saahli Jewel is off collecting stories, sunsets and soul medicine from around the world, our wonderful Brooke Brooke will be stepping in to guide Monday Slow Flow and take care of our beloved Monday crew. More on this soon…

Come help us celebrate, send Saahli off with your full hearts, and remind her that no matter where she wanders, she’ll always have a home waiting for her here.
