We have Gi and No Gi classes with a strong focus on our combatives (beginners) program. Current Training Times:

Monday
4.30pm - 5.25pm - Little Champs (5-7 yr olds)
5.30pm - 6.30pm - Junior Grapplers (8-12 yr olds)
6.30pm - 7.30pm - Combatives (13 yrs +)
7.30pm - 9.00pm - Master Cycle (No Gi)


Tuesday
5.00pm - 6.00pm - Black Club Club (8-12 yr olds)
6.00pm - 7.00pm - Reflex Development class

Wednesday
4.30pm - 5.25pm - Little Champs (5-7 yr olds)
