📣RE-SIGNING NEWS📣

❤️🤍 NORMO IS BACK! ❤️🤍

Congupna Football Netball Club is thrilled to announce the re-signing of two-time premiership player and past Best and Fairest winner Jack Norman for 2027.

The little fiery garden gnome Normo has become a key part of our midfield, renowned for his hard nosed in and under footy, gut running and knack for hitting the scoreboard. He sets the standard on and off the field.

After returning from an ACL injury late in 2026, Normo worked his way back and played a starring role in our Grand Final victory.

We’re absolutely rapt to have Normo back at the Road and can’t wait to see what he can produce in 2027! Welcome back Jase Normo.

His housemate is also on board for 2027…

Club is thrilled to announce that Sam Barbuto has re-signed for season 2027.

🔴⚪ SAM BARBUTO🔴⚪️

Joining the Road in 2026, Barbs made an immediate impact, and we’re stoked to have him back on board for another season.

A dangerous small forward who knows where the goals are, Barbs also has the pace and ability to push further up the ground.

After taking home the Best on Ground medal in our 2026 Reserves Premiership, we’re excited to see what he can produce in 2027.

A local boy, with plenty of talent.
Welcome back Barbs

Well done young man.

The ultimate team man, he’ll do anything for his mates and the team putting his body on the line and delivering those trademark golden fist spoils….. BANGGGG! 👊🏻
