Great vibe at the gym tonight everyone is working hard on their fitness and techniques. It's been fantastic at the gym with everyone being motivated and ready to train hard as soon as they come in. Big mention to Seto Ulai Joseph and Logan getting in the ring and displaying their craft. Gym is running Monday to Friday from 5pm to 9pm dont be shy get down and enjoy the community based family gym where everyone is welcome. Keep punching.
