We offer a fully equipped 24 hour gym including cardio gear; treadmills, cross trainers, upright bikes and rowers along with an extensive range of strength and conditioning equipment plus free weights! We also offer a range of Les Mills Group Fitness programs; such as Body Pump, Body Combat, RPM and Body Attack, as well as Yoga, QuickFit and Water Aerobics. We also offer Learn to Swim for babies through to adults.
