Position
Cutting & Cowhorse program based near Shepparton, VIC.
The large part of our business is starting and training 2yrolds, along with training and showing a few older horses. We are super busy so a if you don’t like work please don’t apply.
The role includes:
• Assisting in starting young horses under saddle
• Catching & saddling
• Washing down & general horse care
• Loping at home and at shows
• Turning back
• Feeding & daily routines
• General ranch maintenance
This role requires:
• strong riding ability
• attention to detail
•.Strong work ethic
• Initiative
• Ability to work independently
• Experience handling young horses and stallions
• Availability Monday to Friday
Ongoing training and lessons will be provided to further your skills and knowledge.
