Duality - Pole Doubles Duality are a doubles team from Shepparton, Victoria. They are pole obsessed and love nothing more than to train away the day! Sally Plant.

Duality Train at Elite Pole Dance and Fitness. Both ladies are part of the Elite Squad for 2016 picked over a number of applicants. The physiotherapist by day pole dancer by night. Sally is a strong woman not only in mind and character but in physical strength. I trust her to hold me upside down while spinning around by my foot. She really is the mastermind behind this partnership with her endles

s list. List of tricks and combos dance moves and what we need to train to nail the routine. Without her we would be no where near as organised. Her talents don't end at organising me but she also has kick ass costume making skills. Honestly I don't know how she fits it all in. Between training for pole, working, being a wonderful mother to two little monkeys and wife

Sally has been poling since 2014. She started out unsure about her ability to actually pole. since then she has progressed leaps and bounds. We started poling together as we wanted to preform in an in-house competition as a doubles pair last year. We worked together for 8 weeks and ended up winning that competition and haven't looked back since.

We would like to say a huge THANK YOU to the Victorian Pole Championships for awarding us 1st Runners Up in the 2020 VPC Group Division!

We would like to say a special thank you to Elizabeth Domozat for running the event, and to Joanna Littlewood-Johnson, Mel Grace and Dylan Luisa for judging this year's competition.

We are so grateful for this award and are truly honoured to be a part of this amazing competition!

What a massive night! We competed at the VPC doubles division and got 2nd place! It is a huge honour to have received this award as there were so many other amazing performers. Congratulations to everyone who performed. You all made the night so memorable and it created such a calm vibe backstage, which was awesome.

Thank you to Sally and Rebekah for helping us with the cleaning of our routine, and reminding us to point our toes! Also thank you Bek for the help back-stage, like sewing our costumes onto us (so they wouldn't fall off).

Thank you Toby J for the private to help us work on the structure of our routine and to teach us some new tricks. We can't wait to do this routine again!

To Simone, Jessica, Hayley, Sally, Rachel, Sabina, Josie, thank you all for coming to watch and support us from the crowd. It was awesome to have you there and we really really appreciate it. It wouldn't be the same without you guys.
