🎀 SJA MIC
Yo... quick question.
Who's always late?
πŸ‘‡ Don't say their name... just tag them. πŸ˜‚

Stop telling your child to be confident.

Give them opportunities to become confident.

Every challenge they overcome...
Every mistake they learn from...
Every time they choose to try again...

They're building something that lasts far beyond the mats. That's why we believe training is about more than learning techniques.

It's about helping kids discover what they're capable of.

πŸ’¬ What's one quality you'd love your child to develop?

🎀 SJA MIC | EP. 002
We asked 16 people one question...
Who always leaves before sparring?
The result wasn't even close. πŸ˜‚
πŸ‘‡ What question should we ask next?

20/07/2026

We might've started an argument... πŸ˜‚
We asked our members one question.

The leaderboard kept changing...
But one name wouldn't go away.

πŸ‘‡ Who's the biggest yapper at your gym?

We all carry more than people realise. What's yours?

"I thought everyone would judge me."

When Cady said that during this interview, I knew a lot of people would relate.

It's probably the biggest fear people have before trying Jiu-Jitsu.

In this interview, Cady talks about what almost stopped her from starting, what her first class was actually like, and why she's glad she walked through the doors.

If you've ever wondered what it's really like to start training, this one's worth watching. πŸ‘‡

This is the first of many conversations with our members. No scripts. No acting. Just real people sharing their experiences.

πŸ’¬ Follow along if you'd like to hear more stories like Cady's.

The doors open. Come in.

The Hidden Space Inside Our Gym.
- Most people don't even know this exists.

08/07/2026

Most people don't see what a coach actually puts in. This is just part of mine.

06/07/2026

When I first started, I thought I was just learning how to fight.

Looking back, I couldn't have been more wrong.
What stayed with me wasn't the punches, kicks or submissions.

It was the confidence to back myself.

The discipline to keep showing up.

The resilience to keep going when things got hard.

The friendships.

The coaches who believed in me.

The people who pushed me to become better.

Every version of me in this video was built one class at a time.

That's why I love coaching.

Because I know the person walking through our doors today has no idea what they're truly capable of yet.

Maybe that's the best part...

You don't just learn martial arts.

You discover a version of yourself you never knew existed.

If this resonates with you, follow along. I'd love to share more of the lessons I've learned and what we're’re building here at SJA.
