We have a small group doing a weight session right on Shelly Beach (grassed area down left hand slide past surf club)

6am start... $10 cash on the morning !

Just come down, easy exercises, all levels, ages - with a trainer so no problems if you have any concerns !

Gear provided... just bring a towel or mat and water !
