🍂 As our Autumn Term begins to draw to a close, I've found myself reflecting on what a beautiful season it has been.
After such a dry autumn, the rain finally arrived this week, bringing with it a sense of grounding and nourishment that felt especially welcome.
I've been feeling incredibly grateful for the gentle growth in our yoga community lately. New faces joining us, familiar faces returning, friendships forming, and so many meaningful conversations before and after class. It has been lovely to receive such positive feedback about the new offerings beginning this winter too.
Looking ahead, there are some exciting things on the horizon:
🌿 Winter Term begins soon
🌿 Gentle Yoga & Sound Healing continues on the second Friday of each month
🌿 A new Friday 4:30pm class will commence in Term 3
🌿 Weekly classes continue to offer space for movement, strength, rest and connection
There is something particularly comforting about practising yoga through the cooler months. A warm room, familiar faces, a chance to move the body, settle the mind and reconnect with ourselves.
Thank you to everyone who has been part of our community this term. Whether you've attended one class or many, your presence helps make this space what it is. 🤍
A few places remain for Winter Term if you'd like to join us.
