It was our pleasure to formalise our fundraising for Lifeline Tasmania today.

Thanks to Deb Brett from Lifeline Tasmania for coming along on her weekend to accept the grand total of $26,718.27!!!

Thanks to the generosity of all our donors and followers, we are stunned to have exceeded our initial target of $15k.

The funds raised can train 6 new Tasmanians as accredited crisis counsellors or fund the answering of some 680 crisis phone calls.

Thank you all for your generosity and for following our journey.

You have helped us spread the message that it is ok to seek help when the road gets bumpy and that Lifeline is only a phone call away.

The last episode in our epic adventure. Day 6 and 7. Port Albert to Bridport. The day started off with dense fog , but lifted as we approached the Furneaux group of islands. Landing on Deal Island was spectacular, refuelling at Whitemark was memorable and there was a lot of fun to be had on the beach at Lady Barron. Bass Strait on the home stretch to Bridport was like glass and we ended our adventure on a high note, arriving safely at Bridport, where a huge welcome party was prepared for us.

Day 5
Inverloch to Port Albert. This day was particularly spectacular with the following highlights:
The crossing of the sand bar at Inverloch, Skull Rock, Wilsons Prom (particularly Refuge Cove), and Corner Inlet en route to Port Albert, which would have been impossible to navigate without our Garmin Echomap plotters.
