We’re excited to share a special announcement for our upcoming holiday camp.
We’re thrilled to announce that NBL Champion Shaun Bruce will be joining us as our special guest coach for the camp on Saturday 27th June at Sleeman Sports Centre.
Shaun has just won the NBL Championship this year with the Sydney Kings and is currently dominating in NBL1. He brings an incredible level of experience, professionalism and basketball IQ, and we’re very excited for our players to learn from someone who has competed and succeeded at such a high level.
This workshop will focus on:
Basketball IQ and decision making
Shooting
Leadership mentality
Game film analysis
Player favourite Q&A session
One exciting addition to this camp is a special game film analysis session, where Shaun will break down clips and demonstrate how he analyses his own game and film to keep improving. We believe this will be extremely valuable for our players, as it gives them insight into how elite players think, learn and make better decisions on the court.
Camp details:
Date: Saturday 27th June
Location: Sleeman Sports Centre
U16, U18 and U21: 12:30pm to 3:30pm
U12 and U14: 4:00pm to 7:00pm
Our last two special guest camps with Jack Salt and Sam McDaniel both reached full capacity, and similar to our regular skill sessions, we want to keep this camp relatively small so players can get quality coaching and interaction. This will not be run like a massive camp where players get lost in the crowd. Spots will be capped so each player has the opportunity to learn, ask questions and get real value from the session.
