We’re introducing a Special Guest Yoga Teacher Series!

Every FRIDAY NIGHT for 5 weeks Emma will be taking us through Hot Vinyasa/Hatha Yoga flow. We’re absolutely delighted to welcome Emma as our Special Guest Yoga Teacher for an exclusive 5 weeks to share her knowledge and guidance through the flowing practices of Vinyasa & Hatha Yoga. Throughout this 5 weeks Emma will provide a beautiful opportunity to deepen your practice, move with intention, and experience the unique teaching and style of our visiting guest teacher❤️

Emma creates a supportive and welcoming space, offering grounding, accessible yoga practices that invite students of all levels to turn inward and reconnect with themselves. Her classes blend gentle hatha-vinyasa movement, breathwork and meditation to help steady the mind, improve mobility and calm the nervous system. Having studied yoga in India and Bali, Emma brings a thoughtful and authentic approach to her teaching that you won’t want to miss out on! With 500 hours of training, she is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about making yoga accessible to everybody, whether you’re brand new to yoga or returning to a regular practice.

This Saturday, we’re celebrating our birthday with some very special giveaways! Every person who attends our 7AM, 8AM or 9AM class will automatically go into the draw to win a prize from their class! Each class will have one lucky winner taking home a Lululemon gift card, Hot Cave Towel, body wash and bath soak!

We’ll also be giving away our BIG BINGO PRIZE, with one lucky winner receiving a very well deserved month FREE membership, a $100 Lululemon gift card, Hot Cave Towel, Hot Cave Tote Bag, body wash and 3 x bath soaks!

End of July and the start of August couldn’t have been more beautiful✨

We wrapped up our 6 Week Challenge with the most amazing celebration, we took time to slow down and heal with a beautiful sound bath, and celebrated some very special milestones!!!!!

A huge congratulations to our beautiful Indy, who we absolutely adore on reaching 50 classes! And to our superstar Kaitlyn on an incredible 200 classes!

We are so incredibly proud and grateful to have such amazing people choosing to meet us on the mat each week. Watching this community grow, celebrate, and support one another is something we never take for granted🥹 One of our favourite ways to end one month and welcome another. Here’s to August and everything it has in store✨❤️
