Mel Robeck established Fitness 4 Play in 2008, and has been offering fitness training sessions in the Agnes Water/1770 region ever since. After closing her fully equipped gym to have her second child, Mel purpose-built a fitness studio catering to Personal Training and Small Group Fitness Sessions. To help keep us all moving through winter, I am running the Winter Warm-Up Sessions. Mondays 5:30pm, 6 weeks of small group fitness classes, starting next week. We’re going to revisit some of the oldies that we haven’t done for years – Step! Aerobics! Cardio Kickboxing! Let’s stay motivated through the cold months and take a walk/grapevine down memory lane. $20 per person, limited spaces available. Choose which class/es you’d like to do and book in to secure a spot. Only available in Winter!

I'M NOW A YOGA INSTRUCTOR! I have finally completed all the study, assignments, practice sessions, practicals and assessments, and have my shiny certificate to say I'm a Yoga instructor.
I have not done this to start taking yoga classes - there are plenty of yoga instructors in town, who specialise in just yoga. This is a value-add for my current clients. If a client comes to their session and I can see they are exhausted, stressed or not in the right frame of mind for strength work, I can offer yoga as an alternative, to gently work their body, relax their mind, and help them leave the gym feeling better than when they arrived.
So it's a win for my clients!! Another option in my toolbag of qualifications.

Added bonus for Welcome Winter program participants...each week of the Welcome Winter program will include 6 free Flow Stretch combinations. Flow Stretch combinations are 3-5 minute long instructor led sequences inspired by yoga/ballet/pilates and focus on strength, balance, stretching and breath. A great supplement to the 3 workouts provided each week in the program.
