A few years ago I left the full time military and decided to pursue a career in fitness. I really enjoy staying fit and active and would love to work with anyone who is willing to commit to at least 1hr to their fitness anywhere, anytime. Over time, I can help you:

Cert III Fitness. Designed and delivered military physical training sessions - Royal Military College Duntroon, Holsworthy and other locations. Black belt 1st dan - ninjutsu
