Small class environment yoga & meditation

Yoga 6.30- 7.30pm Thursdays from 30th April
Meditation 2-3pm Sundays from 3rd May

Shala Om is a community oriented yoga Shala presented in Semaphore by Unjay and friends. We aim to make it affordable for most people by offering classes for $10. There will be no glamour and designer workout wear is not required, just loose, comfortable clothing. The emphasis is on the connexion between bodymind and spirit; yoga as a physical practice for spiritual development. As such, we will practise Hatha yoga mindfully rather than as a power workout. You will however, with regular practice, become moe flexible and energised than you would imagine possible. Classes will be held in the Community Room of Semaphore Library ( above Take 2 - enter through the old red doors off the car park ). Thursday nights will be yoga and Sunday afternoons will be meditation. Classes will be kept small and there will be a focus on supporting individual development.
