Before I change things up I thought I'd show you some results from Group Fitness only..

This is Pump and Pilates with one Cardio class a week, nothing too hard or heavy.

Protein in check โœ”๏ธ and LOTS of good food!!

Now I'm ready to change it up and go into a shred for Spring ๐ŸŒž

LEARN TO SAY NO!!

I find one of the biggest excuses women have to not come to the Gym is that they are saying yes to someone else and no to themselves. ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ

It's about learning to say no to your never ending workload.
Saying no to teenagers and husbands that are capable of doing it themselves.
No to friends that want to keep you in the same habits because they want to stay there.

By saying no to your workload and putting an hour in for yourself you will be clearer, happier and more productive.
By saying no to teenagers and husbands you will be able to say yes more later on as you will still be healthy and not old and sick.
As for the friends maybe you can inspire them to take on your new habits instead of both being unhealthy and stuck in life..

Did you know you could probably fix your Sciatica in 5 - 10 minutes?

Sciatica is most often caused by a tight Piriformis Muscle. This happens when the Glutes are suffering Amnesia and therefore don't function as well as they could. The Piriformis starts trying to do some of the Glute's jobs and ends up tight in the process and stressing on the Sciatic nerve.

By releasing the Piriformis and activating the Glute we can relieve this problem (and possibly many others including knee)

I have cured many people's Sciatica using this method ๐Ÿ˜

Are you making time for yourself or are you constantly rushing around never being present and enjoying the moment?

There's a saying - 'What advice would you give to your younger self?'

I like to reverse this and say

'What advice would my younger self give to me now?'

When we are younger life is ALWAYS about having fun and enjoying ourselves.. ๐Ÿฅณ

Just quietly, I think my younger self would be very proud ๐Ÿ˜‰

It's great when we're Motivated ๐Ÿคฉ

But sometimes we don't have the motivation, and this can be even towards the things we Love - for instance when we have a party to go to and we don't feel like going ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ It happens right !!
But we usually go because we feel obligated to the friend holding it and we end up having a good time.

Think of your training sessions the same way... with Yourself being the friend that you're obligated to..

Show up for yourself.. Consistency is how you get results.. some days you'll be motivated and on others you'll need discipline ๐Ÿ’ฏ

The mind is like a muscle and over time that discipline that seemed so hard in the start is strong in you and has formed a habit ๐Ÿ™‚

Felt flat this morning and couldve stayed home but I still went to the Gym.. ๐Ÿ’ช

Now I said flat, not totally exhausted.. I think some people mix up the 2 and use it as an excuse.. ๐Ÿฅฒ

I did a lighter session than usual and really focused on how my Body was moving.. working to probably 75% rather than 90..

Finished it up with a beachwalk and now feel so much better for it!! ๐Ÿ˜

Although I rarely nap in the day I think I need one now ๐Ÿ˜…

I have another massive week coming up in my Club!! ๐Ÿ’ฏ
