Fitness Fight Complex We are a local Boxing club. Coaching teens and adults. Come down to FFC to meet the friendly crew.

The team at FFC specialise in top quality Boxing and Muay Thai Training for both beginners and professionals. Our mission is to help as many people as we can reach their health and fitness goals and strive to become the BEST versions of themselves.

Today we had Jet and Jacob competing for the first time.
Jet didn't get the win, but he got in the ring and gave the best he could today. Jacobs fight was an exhibition due to weight and age difference. But he done well.
As always alot to take away and learn from, and it's only onwards and up for the guys.
Well done to you both. We are super proud of you.

We are excited to announce that we will be joining Marcus and Mel at Mandurah Combat Sports Academy.
Our club in Port Kennedy will be closing the 9th of December. Dean will continue Boxing on Monday the 13th @ 6pm at MCSA.

We thank everyone throughout the years we have met, built friendships with and coached through FFC. We love what we do and have had so many great memories and experiences over the last five years 💚
For most of our boxers we will continue to coach just at the new Club.
