3-5 rounds x 10reps
-skaters
-burpee
-kneel to stand and squat
-jumping lunges
-plank jump
-mountain climber knee to outside elbow
-squat jump into sumo squat

Itโ€™s been a while since I have posted to this page. Iโ€™ve been very busy with my boys, but Iโ€™m ready to start getting back in the gym and training all my lovely clients again. I only have a few spots left available so if anyone is interested please send me a message.

Hi all, as most of you know I am expecting baby number 2 at the end of may. So my last day of work before starting maternity leave will be the 30th April. I have made the hard decision to close after this date until further notice to allow myself time with my family.
I will be back in the future and will keep you updated through this page when I plan on recommencing sessions.

Full body at home workout
You will need to download a Tabata app on your device or keep a timer close by to watch 20 seconds working and 10 seconds rest for 8 rounds each exercise.

1. Squat pulses
2. Push ups
3. Alternating lunges
4. Tricep dips
5. Opposite elbow to knee crunch
6. Mountain climbers
7. Bridge hip pulses
8. squat to calf raise

Core workout to do at home
20 REPS x 3 ROUNDS

- opposite elbow to knee crunch
- rope climb crunch (legs up and alternate reaching to opposite ankle)
- double leg extension (or alternating single legs)
- plank hold knees or toes alternate tap to front
- side plank hip raise either on knees or toes

100- alternating laying leg extensions
90- alternating lunges
80- mountain climbers
70- Tricep dips (using a chair or couch)
60- squats
50- plank alternating side hand taps (knees or toes)
40- wide squat pulses
30- crunches
20- push ups
10- squat jumps or squat hold for 30 seconds
