HAY FEVER this time of year can be a crappy feeling and frustrating moments of sneezing or itchy eyes.

I do hate taking anti histamine tablets or spraying chemical filled sprays up my nose to quill the itch.

One great remedy to combat hay fever is QUERCITIN or QUERCITAIN.
It is a flavonoid (plant pigment) and found in numerous veg. Plus also for great gut activity and inhibits the big hey fevered histamine.

Among a plethora of great help to our system, Quercetin can help stabilize cells that release histamine in the body, which gives it anti-inflammatory and antihistamine effects.

A good one is QUERCITAIN from bio-ceuticals.

Check it out, Read up on it, Give it a go, and maybe you can ditch those chemical sprays.

FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH: CABLE LUNGE/SQUAT AND OVERHEAD with the leverage bar (we call it fishing)

This is just one modality in our functional strength repertoire, and is designed to identify and correct biomechanical imbalances in the body. These imbalances are often the cause of chronic pain, poor posture, fatigue, sitting for long periods, bad form of exercise or exercise habits, and much more.

This is just one of the ways, using cables, where we can bring symmetry and muscular balance to people, enabling them to get out of pain, move better and prepare their bodies for a much better way of movement and life.

I have people that have come out of bad back pain within just a few weeks of consistent work.
And someone who has now been able to play a full round of golf, never imagining they could do so.
