Michelle says:
What were your training goals?
To lose weight and tone up for my son’s wedding

What have you achieved so far?
Lost 16 kilos and 7.5 inches of body fat - decreased dress size by 3 sizes and now in a size 10-12 jeans

What do you love about training at inner sanctuary?
Love the work out space, the people I’ve met and obviously Michelle’s dedication to helping me be a better version of myself

I’ve been training with Michelle on & off for many years and love the way she’s helped me get fit, lose body fat and make me feel so good about myself. Staying strong has been a goal and Michelle has definitely helped me reach this goal. Love the atmosphere of the training studio and the feeling of being part of the Inner Sanctuary community xx

What would you say to your younger self?

Some I would say:
- strong not skinny
- aim for progress not perfection
- the number on the scale is just a tool … use it wisely
- health is wealth
- ‘no’ is a complete sentence
- don’t compare
- don’t worry about failing- worry about regretting not trying

Mumma Mish founder says:
Im my younger years I tried every diet invented or created another one 😩😩 and the Lemon detox diet Queen.

I’ve struggled with body dysmorphia to the point of anorexia and other mental and physical health issues.

I was fortunate in my 40’s to get professional help seeing a psychologist even though feeling back then hesitant and embarrassed. Not realizing it was really self development to help me be my best version allowing me to support and help others.

Now at 62 😘I love the accountability of showing up for myself, not striving always to be thinner, fitter, faster and stronger but to move my body and live a healthy lifestyle, filling my own cup.

These pics are my motivation going back to my 20’s. When I think I’m not enough I look back at these and know that I am ENOUGH mentally, physically and emotionally.

I know the importance of staying fit and strong mentally and physically as I grow older by following my FAB5 program - 5 key pillars allowing me to be my best version.
