O futebol é uma das modalidades de maior desgaste físico dentre os esportes. No jogo de futebol (em qualquer nível) o treinamento e condicionamento físico são fundamentais. Em equipes, não profissionais, a preparação física é muito difícil de ser treinada, pois não existe período entre treinos e os atletas não têm responsabilidade al

guma em questão do treinar. Baseado nisto, o FFT veio para ofertar a todos que praticam futebol, seja por lazer, semi- profissional ou profissional uma preparação adequada para melhorar o desempenho e prevenir lesões. No Functional Football Training são trabalhadas diversas valências que são utilizadas durante uma partida, como:

• Força;
• Flexibilidade;
• Coordenação;
• Velocidade;
• Agilidade;
• Equilíbrio;
• Propriocepção;
