This is all about sharing the enjoyment of walking., No matter how far or how fast or how young or how old or how small or how big you are, why not give it a go. Join the company of like minded others, see the local sights of around Seaford and and surrounding areas and try lots of different routes.

Due to old age and serious lack of fitness - energy - motivation - injuries, I have rebranded the old Running Train to something a bit more ā€˜age appropriateā€™ šŸ˜‚

Come join the train for a fortnightly Sunday morning walk - revisiting all those local places we use to run to!

As with the Running Train, the length of your walk will be up to you and/or your ability but somewhere around 10km maximum but of course jump aboard for smaller distances if you wish.
