I often get asked about how to get a body you’re happy with.
Consistency is key!
Too often people come and see me after a breakdown in relationships to get that ‘hot body’ as they’ve let themselves go while getting ‘comfortable’ in the relationship. Now I’m not going in to the whole “beauty is only akin deep.” But think about for a second. If you’re trying to improve yourself and show an effort, this follows on to the relationship.
You’re partner will think. “F**k their hot”. Physical attraction leads and maintains sexual desire for one another. Being intimate physically continues emotional engagement.
An effort shows a commitment!
So stick to it. It’s easier to make minor changes to bring out weaknesses than drastic changes and to start again!
You owe it to yourself and your partner. Not only mentally but of course physically!
