Can’t believe I’m saying this and it’s the ABSOLUTE BEST FEELING EVER! It’s taken over 3 years to do BUT
Lockett InFitness is BOOKED OUT! 😮

I currently can not take anymore clients my schedule is full!! And crazy to think I’m at my capacity at 31 weeks pregnant 😂 no time for rest around here haha

Thankyou to all my clients and I have a lot of new ones started as well I’m very grateful and honoured to be your personal trainer 💪
let’s keep smashing goals and my new side kick (baby girl) will be here soon and she can’t wait to watch you all kill it in 2024!

Hello, due to the lack of interest, I have thought hard about it but unfortunately my mums and bubs exercise classes will be stopping after this block for now in Seaford Heights … 😞
I will let you know when it will be back, but for now it’s time to give it a spell and try again in hopefully the near future 🤞🤍

Thankyou for the mums I have been working with the past few month! I’m always here if you still want to train with me, but will be a one on one personal training session (obviously babies still welcome). Let me know!

First boxing session and man do I feel good about it! Killed me but I got through it!
Yes the body is not looking the best but I have been working hard and increasing my sessions and I’m sure it will come together.. after carrying a baby the body never goes back to how it was, but I have come to terms to just embrace it and be grateful on what it did to carry our big boy.
Consistency is the key and that’s what I’ll be doing 💪

Ps. Xav wanted a go, need to work on the arm strength buddy 😂😂💪
