I was stuck in a rut and had lost my motivation for exercise… then my diet and healthy eating went down the drain… next went my mental health and before I knew it I was sleeping all day, hating work and not feeling inspired by life and all it’s possibilities 🤩
I started back slow just trying to be consistent with my gym sessions, I focused on colourful food so I knew I was getting my vitamins and minerals and I focused on keeping my protein high.
