MENS METRO DIVISION 1 PREMIERS 🏆🏆

What a day out at Seacliff as our Metro division 1 team gets the job done. Seasoned underdogs going into the season become premiers, immortals. The day that was, starting with the doubles being split between teams (1-1) after a saucy Jayden and Ryan super tiebreaker win. Then into the singles the first 2 singles matches both go to supers and get split again putting the rubbers score at 2-2. The final 2 singles games go on and both needed to win for Seacliff to become premiers. Seb Ireland has a classy win in straight sets and hands the weight on Jayden's shoulders to win his match. The the weight was lightwork after going down early in the first set managed to get it done to get the boys over the line. What a team effort 👏

GDTA DIV 2 MIXED DOUBLES PREMIERS 🏆🏆

Division 2 Mixed played their Grand Final against Noarlunga. After the women’s and men’s doubles we were up 6 sets to 2. Only needing one more set to win, John and Leanne secured the victory 9-5 and Scott and Chelsea then also won 9-8 to make a certainty of it. With the result finalised the remaining matches were not needed and the celebrations could commence
