24 months of movement, energy, and people showing up for themselves and each other.

It’s hard to believe this place used to be an old shed with overgrown grass. Now it’s a space full of life, strength, early mornings, late nights, laughter, sweat, and real change.

We’ve seen phenomenal results, incredible commitment, and a community that continues to back this little gym in a big way.

Thank you to every member who’s walked through the doors, supported the vision, and helped build what this place has become.

We’re not finished with some action already in 2026.
More space. More membership options. More opportunities to get involved.

🤍 New 2026 Membership Option – 6-Month Flexible

For 2026, we’re also introducing a 6-Month Membership option for members who want a flexible, mid-term commitment.

This option suits those whose training year doesn’t always line up neatly with a full 12 months, but who still want consistent, uninterrupted access across a solid block of time. It offers the same full gym access, with a timeframe that sits between the local trial and the yearly membership.

As always, the 12-month membership remains the best value overall, but this provides another option to suit different stages and seasons of life.

🤍 New 2026 Membership Option – 3-Month Local Trial

For 2026, we’re introducing a 3-Month Local Trial membership for locals who want to give Central Mallee Fitness a proper go.

We’ve been open for just over two years now, and this option is designed for people who live locally but aren’t quite ready to commit to a full year. It’s ideal if you’ve got something coming up you want to get ready for, want to build a routine over 12 weeks, or simply want to see if the gym fits into your life.

It’s full access for the three months, with the 12-month membership still offering the best long-term value for those ready to commit.
