We are delighted to share our September Wellness Workshop with you all 🍵🌱

It is our greatest pleasure to bring this incredible, holistic wellness offering to our community! Working in close alignment with Jess Carins Health and Wellness, we will enjoy an evening exploring mindful movement, meditation, breathwork, and journalling.

Alongside these lifelong wellness offerings, this evening also includes nourishing canapés, and a complementary drink.
