Hi everyone, just letting you I am going to be out of action for quite a while.

Timor yoga teacher Nicole Walker has been kind enough to take on the 6.30am classes in Scone and you should contact her if you would like to attend.
Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Scone Arts and Crafts hall.

Nicole runs a wonderful flow class and i think you will really enjoy her style. See Nicoles link in the comments below.

There is no evening class at this stage.

Yoga is on this Thursday 26th of October, both the early morning and evening classes. Times are 6.30 am and 6pm respectively.
There will only be another week or two of classes before I am out of action for a prolonged period.

Just letting you know I am running an evening class in Scone for the duration of Term 3, 2023. this class is suitable for beginners, but with stronger options available for more experienced practitioners.
Spots are on Thursday evening at 6.00 pm and are by appointment only, you can direct msg me via this page or on 0412 466722 -

In this class you can learn mobility, strength, stretching, breathing and relaxation techniques. That's what Yoga delivers.

Hi everyone, while I may have finished teaching Yoga for the time being, i haven't stopped thinking about it and practising it.

My tip for a healthy, mobile life is to practise Yoga 2 to 3 times a week. There are plenty of teachers around, track one down and go for it.

Dear Yoga friends, this is my last week of Yoga teaching in the Upper Hunter, finishing on Tuesday 31st of May with a morning class in Scone and an evening class in Merriwa.
After 10 yrs and 3000 classes I am taking an extended break to spend time with family that live in various parts of the country. In addition to that i will be having some R&R time and will explore other adventures.
If i don't catch up with you personally i will take this opportunity to express my deepest thanks to each and everyone of you who supported me by attending classes.
I have met the most wonderful people and beautiful souls through Yoga. It is an ancient practice that transcends time and teachers. I recommend it to anyone that will listen.
The last week of classes are as per the normal calendar which can be seen a post or two below this one.

Hello! Just letting you know I am having a gradual return to classes with two being held next week. There should be a full calendar the following week, will publish that sometime soon.

There are vacancies at both classes next week. Here is what you need to know:
- Both classes are a 6.30am start at the Scone Arts and Crafts Hall
- The dates are Tuesday 19th and Thursday 21st of Jan 2020
- These two classes are not suitable for beginners as they are relatively fast paced and require some knowledge of Yoga Asana
- I will continue with my Covid safe regime for as long as it takes
