The results are in for today's Crew vs Crew WOD:

Well done to everyone for giving it your everything and congratulations to the 6:30pm crew who came out on top!

As the last WOD, it is a sad day, but from us, Crossfit Scone, we wish to say how proud we are of the achievements each of you have made in your training journey. Thank you for turning up, thank you for listening to your bodies and thank you for continuing to achieve all those milestones every single one of you has. A PB is often more than a heavy lift.

The words we have received have been heard loudly, and the love and kindness which has been extended to us has been very much appreciated.

Thank you to the lovely community of Crossfit Scone. We wish you safe movements and continual progression.

Those who have hit three days this week can option low weight wall ball and do 400's at a recovery speed.

We have refreshed our timetable and wanted to share the changes and additions.

See below for sessions effective as at today.

Open Gym is available Free for Full Members and at $8 per session for Part-Time Members, 10 Session Pass holders and Casual Friend Drop-Ins. The time is available for completing the daily WOD, a missed WOD or to work on your own goals in your own time.

Please ensure you are booking into your session times (including Open Gym) at www.crossfitscone.com to ensure we keep the session open. We will require a minimum of 2 bookings in any one session to continue to run it.
